Jonas Bordo

Jonas Bordo is the Co-Founder and CEO of Dwellsy. Jonas has over 15 years of experience in executive roles overseeing a range of functions including Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, Learning & Development, and more.

Bordo began their career in 2007 as Senior Director at FPL Global. Jonas then moved to Bentall Kennedy in 2012 where they served as Senior Vice President, Corporate Resources. In this role, they were responsible for leading the company's Human Resources, Marketing, and Corporate Communications departments. Jonas also played a key role in developing the company's strategic plan.

In 2016, Bordo joined Essex Property Trust as Group Vice President, Operational Services. In this role, they oversaw a range of functions that work together to support the residential operations team. Jonas was also responsible for leading turnarounds of several functions, including Sourcing & Procurement, Marketing, Communications, Learning & Development, Contact Center, Collections, Customer Care, and Ancillary Income.

Bordo has a proven track record of successful leadership and management in a variety of industries. Their experience and expertise make him well-suited to lead Dwellsy into its next phase of growth.

Jonas Bordo has an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and an AB from Vassar College.
