Gosia Blacha

Gosia Blacha is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in data analytics and quantitative research. Currently serving as the Head of Data Analytics and Quantitative Research Services at DWF since April 2023, Gosia has previously held significant roles at the Warsaw Stock Exchange as Lead Analyst and Head of Analysis in the Strategy Department and at the Intercontinental Exchange in various senior analytical positions. With a strong background in market data development at Tullett Prebon and Thomson Reuters, Gosia has developed expertise in financial data modeling, econometric analysis, and automation solutions. Educational qualifications include an MSc in Computer Science and Econometrics from the University of Gdansk and a Masters in Economics and Marketing from Politécnico do Porto, complemented by a forthcoming program at the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. Additionally, Gosia has a rich musical background as a professional cello player with the Gdynia Symphony Orchestra.
