Louise Rogerson

Louise Rogerson is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Chief People Officer at DWF since July 2022, Louise previously held key positions at Aldermore Bank PLC from June 2015 to June 2022, including Chief People Officer (interim) and People Director, where responsibilities included leading the Group People & Communications function and overseeing a team of 50 professionals. Earlier career experience includes leadership roles at Berenberg, Bausch & Lomb, Citi, and Cadbury plc, with a strong focus on business partnering and HR operations. Louise holds a BA in Modern Languages from Durham University and an MSc in Human Resource Management from London South Bank University.
