Tracey Groves

Tracey Groves is the CEO and Founder of Intelligent Ethics Limited and the Head of Sustainable Business & ESG Advisory Practice at DWF, where they lead initiatives to foster corporate integrity and sustainable practices. With a background as a chartered accountant and extensive experience in governance and regulatory compliance, Tracey advises leaders globally on enhancing ethical business cultures. They held various roles, including Partner at StoneTurn and Faculty Member at both Duke Corporate Education and PCA, and they serve on the Advisory Panel for the Financial Reporting Council. Tracey is also a Visiting Fellow at the University of Leeds and has contributed to ethical discussions as a Committee Member of the IEEE Global AI Ethics Outreach Committee.
