Alistair Hogarth

Alistair Hogarth is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and mergers & acquisitions. Currently serving as a Partner at DWF, Alistair previously held the role of Corporate M&A Lawyer at PwC Legal LLP and PwC, becoming a Partner in 2001. Prior to this, Alistair worked as a Corporate Solicitor at Clifford Chance LLP, having started as a Trainee Solicitor. Alistair's educational background includes studies at Newcastle University from 1986 to 1989 and further education at Bristol Polytechnic/University of The West of England from 1990 to 1992.
