Lydia M. Loureiro

Lydia M. Loureiro is an experienced educator with a strong background in social studies instruction and professional development. Since August 2015, Lydia has served as an Instructional Coach at Dwight D. Eisenhower High School, focusing on personalized professional development for educators. Lydia also holds a position as a Social Studies Teacher at CHSD218 since June 2008, teaching AP Microeconomics, Economics, and AP European History, while mentoring fellow teachers. Previously, Lydia taught social studies at Boston College High School from June 2000 to June 2005. Lydia earned both a Master of Arts and a Bachelor of Arts in Education and History from the University of Iowa between 1992 and 1999.
