Simone Nicole Henry Agblonon

Simone Nicole Henry Agblonon currently serves as the Assistant Director of Diversity and Inclusion at Dwight-Englewood School since July 2022. Previously, Simone held the position of Director of DEIB and Lower School Counselor at Ranney School from July 2021 to July 2022, and also founded and consulted for Cradle to Career Consulting LLC from September 2018 to July 2022, assisting families of children with special needs. Additional experience includes working as a Case Planner at Sauti Yetu Center for African Women, Inc., and as a College and Career Readiness Advisor at New York Edge. Simone's education includes a Master of Education in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion from Harvard University and is currently pursuing a Master of Education in Counselor Education at the University of Pennsylvania, building on academic foundations from Columbia University and Phillips Academy.
