Armando H. Santos

Armando H. Santos is an experienced Agile Coach currently serving at IBM since January 2024, while also holding a similar position at Octo. With a robust background in agile methodologies, Armando has held various key roles including President of Go Agile LLC since August 2013 and Lean Agile Coach at The ACI Group, Inc. from August 2022 to January 2023. Previous positions include Senior Advisor at Lean Scaled Architects and Enterprise Lean Agile Coach at GalaxE.Solutions. Armando also served as Sr. Agile Coach at USAA from January 2019 to May 2022, and held multiple roles at AT&T from June 2016 to January 2019, including Agile Coach and Senior Business Manager/Scrum Master. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration in Finance, a Master’s Degree in Computer Information Systems, and a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business, all earned at St. Mary's University.
