Grant Wheeler

Grant Wheeler is a seasoned Sr. Hardware Engineering Manager at IBM, with extensive experience in managing the design and delivery of high-speed interconnect interfaces on Power processor chips, leading globally diverse teams to meet program objectives. With a background in managing multimillion-dollar budgets and developing high-performance network applications for IBM’s pSeries server platform, Grant has also demonstrated leadership in fostering inclusion and career growth as President of the Men's Network Group. Previous roles include key contributions to logic design and verification for various ASICs at CIBER, Inc. and Micro Linear, as well as significant work on video compression chips at Sorenson Technologies. Grant holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Utah State University.
