Kiran Shetty is an experienced professional with a strong background in Agile methodologies and project management, currently serving as a Manager at IBM since July 2008. In this role, Kiran operates as a Scrum Master, leading end-to-end testing activities and implementing Agile best practices to enhance delivery and customer satisfaction.
