Andrew Bowen

Andrew Bowen is currently working at Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water since April 2010. Andrew holds various titles within the company, including Director of Water Network Alliance, Head of Alliance Wastewater Programme, Head of Alliance, Head of Wastewater Assets, and Head of Wastewater Networks. Andrew also worked as the Head of Dam Safety from March 2021 to January 2024. Andrew earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the University of South Wales.
