Clive Hardy

Clive Hardy has a diverse range of work experience. Clive began their career in the Royal Navy, serving as a Warfare Officer for 18 months, where they also took on an ambassadorial role on a Spanish Navy Ship. Following their time in the Navy, Clive worked at KPMG Audit as an Auditor for four years. Clive then joined Nationwide Building Society, where they held various finance roles and received three promotions within five years. Clive later moved to Lloyds Banking Group, where they held several positions, including Head of Strategy and Costs in General Insurance, Head of Divestment for the TSB bank divestment project, Head of Finance - Business Partner for Life & General Insurance Distribution, and finally Head of Audit for Insurance. Currently, Clive is working at Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water, where they serve as the Chief Risk Officer and previously held the role of Head of Business Assurance.

Clive Hardy attended Swansea University from 1991 to 1994, where they pursued a degree in Geography. Clive successfully completed their studies, earning a first-class Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree.
