Eleri Rees

Eleri Rees has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Eleri began their career as a Finance and Management Consultant at Shell, where they worked on financial and economic modelling projects for Shell's major businesses. Eleri then moved on to Ysgol Gyfun Llanhari, where they worked as a Mathematics Teacher. Eleri then joined Principality Building Society, where they held various roles including Balance Sheet Risk Analyst, Corporate Finance Manager, and Head of Group Finance Operations. Eleri later worked at the BBC as a Financial Reporting Manager, leading a team responsible for reporting financial information. Eleri then joined The Royal Mint as a Treasury Business Manager before eventually joining Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water, where they currently serve as the Strategy and Regulation Director.
