Ferenc Bliszko Msc Frsa

Ferenc Bliszko MSc FRSA is a Technical Learning Specialist and Lean Facilitator at Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water since April 2019, where Lean principles are deployed to enhance working practices. Previous experience includes serving as a Lean and Continuous Improvement facilitator and trainer at XR Training, and holding the position of Head of Learning at Grow Enterprise Wales, recognized as a finalist in the 2014 EU Social Innovation Competition. A long tenure in HM Forces culminated in the role of RA Training Team Warrant Officer, focusing on leadership development and technical education for the Royal Artillery. Additional roles encompass managing tenant expectations at RCT Homes Ltd. and overseeing a community development apprenticeship scheme with WCVA. Ferenc holds an MSc in Community Regeneration from the University of Glamorgan and a B.Ed (Hons) in Vocational Training from the University of Wales, Cardiff.
