Hannah Roberts has a decade of experience in customer service and technical roles within the water utility sector and the retail industry. Currently serving as a Water Alarm Response Analyst at Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water since October 2012, Hannah has also held positions as a Compliance Technician, Developer Services Advisor, and Customer Advisor at the same company. Prior to this, Hannah gained experience as a Customer Advisor at New Look from December 2011 to September 2012.
