Jonathan Garbutt BA (Hons) has extensive experience in customer service and operations management, currently serving as the Specialist Support Team Leader at Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water since October 2019, where leadership of a team focused on vulnerable customers has led to achieving ISO 22485 in 2023.
