Lee McHugh

Lee McHugh has over 13 years of work experience, starting with their role as a Management Consultant at WS Atkins & Partners Overseas in 2004. Lee then worked as a Business Change Manager at Hedra from 2006 to 2008 before joining Nine Feet Tall as a Partner in 2008. In 2015, Lee became a Senior Business Project Manager at L&JM Consulting, where they led the improvement of a national digital portal and the definition of strategic aims for future changes. From 2016 to 2017, Lee worked as a Programme Business Change Manager at L&JM Consulting, overseeing a large-scale transition program at Welsh Water. Currently, Lee holds the position of Head of Business Change at Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water, where they have established a new business change function and led the reform of portfolio management and the closure of the head office.

Lee McHugh attended Nottingham Trent University from 1991 to 1995, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying (Sandwich Course). Following this, from 1997 to 2000, Lee pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology at The Open University. Finally, from 2000 to 2001, they completed a Master's Degree in Occupational Psychology at Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd.
