Smart Hub Business Improvement Manager at Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water

Lynn Parry has been with Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water since September 2006, starting as a Data Services Manager and later moving on to become the Business Customer Relationship Manager. Currently serving as the Smart Hub Business Improvement Manager, Lynn is responsible for managing Welsh Water's Control Room. Lynn holds an MSc in Management from the University of South Wales, completed in 2009.
