Pippa Vernon-Fulbrook is an experienced process improvement professional with a strong background in operational excellence and customer-focused enhancements. Currently serving as a Process Improvement Consultant at St. James’s Place since July 2023, Pippa previously held the role of Process Excellence Manager at Canada Life UK, where significant improvements in process documentation were achieved.
