In the role of Manager - Wellbeing, Helena supports the Leadership team and oversees 600+ indirect reports, playing a key role in the People Strategy within Engineering. Helena's previous positions include Cabin Crew, Manager Cabin Crew Operations, People Development Manager, Trainer, Flight Service Manager, and Cabin Services Supervisor, showcasing a progressive career centered around team leadership, operational performance, and innovative learning initiatives. Helena also held leadership roles at Highways England and easyJet, where accountability for performance metrics and regional operations was paramount. A graduate of the University of Brighton with a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminology and Sociology, Helena possesses a strong foundation in both operational management and people development.
