Rhian Roberts

Rhian Roberts is currently the Head of HR- Water at Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water. Prior to this, Rhian held the role of Head of HR Business Partner at Cardiff University. Earlier in Rhian's career, they worked as an HR Business Partner at Tata Steel in Europe and as an HR Manager at Grwp Gwalia. Rhian also has experience as a Senior HR Officer at South Wales Magistrates Courts Committee. Rhian holds a Master of Arts in Human Resources & CIPD Qualification from the University of West of England Bristol and a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in History & Sociology from Cardiff University.
