Richard Jones

Richard Jones has over a decade of experience in the water services industry, currently serving as Production Client Manager at Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water since October 2011. In this role, Richard leads the non-infrastructure investment program for water services, making critical investment decisions to address business risks while ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Prior positions include Business Improvement Manager, where Richard spearheaded operational efficiency initiatives, and Maintenance Performance Manager, where focus was placed on performance improvement strategies. Richard's career also includes roles in operations, training, and leadership development, beginning with a graduate trainee position. Educationally, Richard holds a Bachelor of Science in Natural Sciences from Durham University and a Master of Science in Water, Energy, and the Environment from Liverpool John Moores University.
