Stephne Puddy

Stephne Puddy is currently a Governing Body Member at Bridgend College. Previously, Stephne held various roles at Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water, taking on responsibilities such as Talent Partner, Inclusivity Lead, and Talent Development Advisor. Stephne also has experience working in Student Finance, Leisure Sales, HR, and Conference and Events Management at companies like BRIDGEND COUNTY BOROUGH COUNCIL, Village Hotels, and Marriott Hotels. Stephne's expertise lies in advising on learning and development, providing guidance on training solutions, and supporting the coordination of projects in various organizations. Stephne is also actively involved in the Wales CIPD L&D Network Group.
