Tara-Marie Yates CEnv MIEMA serves as the Environmental Manager and Senior Environmental Lead at Morgan Sindall Group plc since December 2017, specializing in environmental management processes and advising on Welsh Water's Capital Delivery Alliance AMP7 Framework. Responsibilities include providing subject matter expertise, identifying environmental risks, contributing to project support initiatives, and delivering training. Additionally, Tara-Marie is the Alliance Environmental Manager at Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water since December 2021.
