Coleen Balutan-Romulo

Coleen Balutan-Romulo is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in tax compliance and financial management. Currently serving as an Assistant Vice President - Tax at DWS Group since October 2025, Coleen previously held significant roles at International Workplace Group plc, where responsibilities included leading tax compliance for the North, West, and Eastern Europe region, managing tax audits, and implementing key tax strategies. Prior experience includes serving as a Tax Management Supervisor at Armed Forces and Police Mutual Benefit Association Inc., where Coleen ensured timely tax submissions and compliance, advised on tax implications of business transactions, and coordinated tax audits. Previous positions also include serving as SAP Project Lead at Moldex Group of Companies and Tax Associate at PwC Philippines. Coleen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from the University of the East, obtained in 2015.
