Elazar Soussan

Elazar Soussan currently serves as a Senior Manager in Corporate Strategy and M&A at DWS Group since July 2022, following a tenure as a Manager in the same department. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Consultant and Analyst in Deutsche Bank Management Consulting from July 2019 to June 2022, as well as an internship in Global Technologies at Deutsche Bank in 2017. Elazar has also contributed to Rocket Internet SE as a Working Student in Foodora Business Development and worked as a Working Student in Executive Recruiting at Russell Reynolds Associates. Additional internships in Risk Valuation at Value & Risk GmbH and M&A Consulting at Kupferberg Consulting were completed prior to these roles. Elazar holds a Master’s degree in Business Analysis and Consulting from IÉSEG School of Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Goethe University Frankfurt.
