George Salter

George Salter is an Assistant Vice President - Passive Coverage at DWS Group, where employment commenced in August 2024. Previously, George worked in UK Sales at Global X ETFs from June 2021 to August 2024. An early role as a Client Services Assistant at Sainsbury's in late 2020 involved ensuring a safe shopping experience during the pandemic. A summer internship at Amplify in 2019 provided practical experience through financial simulations. George also served as a Camp Counselor for the Cal Varsity Rugby Camp and assisted a partner at Herbert Smith Freehills in 2014. George holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Economy from the University of California, Berkeley, and completed A-Level studies at Tonbridge School.
