Gordon Kirkwood

Gordon Kirkwood is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in treasury and investment placing. Currently serving as Head of Treasury - Alternatives EMEA Ex-Germany at DWS Group since July 2021, Gordon previously held the position of Managing Director, Investment Placing at EnTrust Global from September 2013 to July 2020, where responsibilities included overseeing investment placing activities, managing FX overlay programs, and ensuring regulatory compliance following a merger with Permal Group. Prior to this, Gordon worked as a Treasury Analyst at Aspect Capital from March 2009 to September 2013, focusing on fixed income, money market trading, and FX risk mitigation. Earlier career experience includes roles at Endeavour Capital LLP, where Gordon served as Treasury Execution and Middle Office Supervisor from February 2004 to January 2009, gaining expertise in operational and trading strategies. Gordon holds a BSc Hons in Business Information Technology from Edinburgh Napier University.
