James Grant

James Grant is a seasoned HR analytics professional with extensive experience in driving diversity initiatives and employee engagement strategies. Currently serving as Vice President of HR Analytics at DWS Group since May 2017, James leads efforts to provide high-quality HR analytics that support informed decision-making. Prior to this role, James was an HRMI Analyst at Deutsche Bank, where responsibilities included leading diversity reporting and analytics, as well as acting as a PMO Champion. James's experience also includes serving as an Inclusion Associate at the Royal Bank of Scotland, focusing on recruitment and development of diverse talent, and contributing to employee engagement initiatives through data analysis and stakeholder presentations. James holds a MA (Hons) in International Relations from the University of St Andrews.
