John Fisher

John Fisher serves as the Global Head of Workforce Management & HCI at DWS Group since May 2017, overseeing workforce management functionalities, organization design frameworks, and the implementation of strategic workforce initiatives. Prior to this, John held various leadership roles at Deutsche Bank from October 2010 to April 2022, including Head of Process Programme Office - HR and Programme Manager for Finance Data Quality Management, focusing on HR process transformation and programme delivery. John began a career in financial services with roles at Royal Bank of Scotland and Dresdner Bank ZAO, and holds a BA (Hons) in Economics & Social Studies from The University of Manchester.
