Amanda Reed

Amanda Reed is an accomplished operations leader with extensive experience in the manufacturing and dental industries. Currently serving as the Sr. Vice President of Global Operations at National Dentex Labs, Amanda oversees a $350 million dental laboratory network across three countries with 50 sites and 2,400 employees, while implementing global improvement programs to enhance quality and efficiency. Prior to this role, Amanda held various positions at Specialty Product Technologies, including Director of Operations, where strategic planning and operations management for a $720 million operation were directed. Amanda's earlier career also includes key roles in logistics, materials management, and customer service, showcasing a strong track record in achieving substantial cost savings and operational efficiencies. Amanda's academic background includes an MBA in Supply Chain Management and a Bachelor's Degree in Recreation and Park Management from Penn State University.
