Stephen Little has worked in the pharmaceutical industry since 1984. stephen began their career as a Senior Scientist at Celltech plc, followed by a role as an R&D Manager at AstraZeneca in 1988. In 2001, they became the CEO of DxS Limited, then the CEO of Premaitha Health in 2013. In 2019, they were appointed as the Vice Chairman of Yourgene Health and Non Executive Director of Dxcover. In 2020, they became a Non Executive Director of BIOCAPTIVA LIMITED, and in 2021 they were appointed as a Director of Bioxhale and Non Executive Director of SMi Drug Discovery.

Stephen Little attended Annfield Plain Grammar and then went on to obtain their PhD in Microbiology from Heriot-Watt University in 1981.
