Audra Hennigan

Audra Hennigan currently serves as the Director of M&A at DXC Technology since April 2022, following a role as Senior Principal, International Tax. Prior to this, Audra was an Accounting Lecturer at the University of Maryland Baltimore County from August 2018 to May 2022, focusing on Intermediate and Advanced Accounting, Principles of Taxation, and Financial Literacy. Audra's experience in international tax includes a position as Senior Manager International Tax at Global Tax Management and over 12 years at EY, where responsibilities included developing innovative teaching resources, leading international tax education initiatives, and specializing in cross-border transaction planning. Additional earlier experience includes roles at Cox Enterprises and EY, beginning as an International Tax Consultant. Audra holds a Master of Accounting with a focus on Taxation from the University of Florida.
