Previously, Iain served as a UK Network Assurance Manager and held various roles, including Help Desk Controller and IT Field Service Engineer, contributing to significant projects for organizations such as Atos and NHS Scotland. Iain's expertise spans service design, project management, and network engineering, along with a track record of successful service transitions and process improvements. They have also authored works related to their field and participated in the media center for three Ryder Cups.
