John Creciun

John Creciun is an experienced leader in infrastructure services and digital operations, currently serving as the Infrastructure Services Head for Financial Services & Insurance at DXC Technology since September 2021. Previously, John held the position of Managing Director for Global Digital Workplace & Production Operations at Citi from September 2015 to July 2021. At BP, John was the Global Head of End User Services and also led Global Network Engineering & Operations. Prior roles included Director positions in Global Data Centers & Web Hosting at BP, and EDS/General Motors Global Network Operations at HP. John started the career at Nortel Networks as Global Senior Director for Application Services and has experience in technical roles at AT&T. John's educational background includes an Executive Program in Leading Customer-Centric Growth from The Wharton School, a BS in Electrical Engineering from Drexel University, and an MS in Telecommunications from Southern Methodist University.
