John Penoyer

John Penoyer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the aerospace, defense, and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Managing Partner at DXC Technology, John leads Industry 4.0 strategy and business growth initiatives for major clients. Previous roles include Head of Discrete Industries at Wipro, where responsibilities encompassed global leadership of the Discrete Manufacturing Industries and Lean Consulting Practice. As a Senior Manager at Accenture, John oversaw strategic projects for leading OEMs, while earlier positions at Airbus, Panasonic Automotive, Transportation Design and Manufacturing, Ford Motor Company, and others involved significant contributions to product development, manufacturing efficiency, and engineering practices. John holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Clemson University.
