Sarita Mudaliar

Sarita Mudaliar is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in global talent acquisition and executive recruitment. Since April 2017, Sarita has served as the Director of Global Executive Recruitment at DXC Technology, following a role as Talent Acquisition Lead for North, Central, and Eastern Europe. Prior to joining DXC Technology, Sarita held the position of Talent Acquisition Lead for Central and Eastern Europe at CSC, a global leader in IT services. Additional experience includes freelance recruiting, consultancy at Management Angels GmbH focusing on cross-border assignments, and a significant tenure at Randstad India, where Sarita managed the Banking and Financial Services recruitment vertical. Early career included corporate sales and key account management at Bharti Telenet Limited. Sarita holds an Executive Education Program degree in Organisational Growth from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore, and an MBA in Marketing and Finance from Nagpur University, India.
