Vidya Gothe

Vidya Gothe is a seasoned professional in Learning and Development, currently serving as the Director of Global Learning and Development at DXC Technology since October 2020. Prior to this role, Vidya held the position of Associate Director at DXC Technology and was actively involved in Learning & Knowledge Management for DXC Technology India. Vidya's extensive experience includes leadership roles at Capgemini as Sr. Director of Learning and Development and at Accenture, where a progressive career spanned from Associate Manager to Sr. Director. Earlier career highlights include positions as Project Lead at Infinite Computer Solutions and various roles at NIIT Limited. Vidya holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Mysore University and is a qualified Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).
