Pawanraj Sadhwani

Pawanraj Sadhwani has been in the IT industry for over 18 years. Pawanraj started their career in 2003 as a Software Engineer at Elitecore Technologies. In 2006, they joined Infosys Technologies Ltd as a Consultant and was responsible for end-to-end solutioning and delivery of change requests for a WebSphere Commerce B2B storefront created as part of IT transformation. Pawanraj also served as the QA Manager for a team of 7 associates while offshore. Additionally, they were the Marketing Analyst for the manufacturing unit. In 2010, they joined Cognizant as a Consultant and rose to the role of Consulting Manager. In this role, they were part of the Process and Quality Consulting Group with a focus on healthcare companies. Pawanraj was primarily involved in Program Governance, SDLC maturity assessments, SDLC transformation, and process optimization. In 2022, they joined DXFactor as the Head of Delivery.

Pawanraj Sadhwani completed their MBA from IIT Kharagpur, Vinod Gupta School of Mgmt in 2006. Pawanraj also obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Computer Engineering from L.D. College of Engineering between 1999 and 2003. In addition, they have obtained certifications such as Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) from Scrum.org in May 2022, IBM Data Science Professional Certificate from Coursera in December 2020, AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in June 2020, and CPIM from APICS.
