Image Quality Project Leader at DXOMARK

Adrien Carmone has a diverse work experience in the field of image quality and camera systems. Adrien started their career in 2009 with an internship at STSISI, where they gained practical experience in the field. In 2010, they interned at Groupe Renault, further expanding their knowledge and skills.

From 2011 to 2014, Adrien worked as an Optronic Engineer at Groupe Renault, where they were responsible for optical bench designing and sourcing for image sensor modeling and simulation. Adrien successfully conducted innovative projects such as driver monitoring system and mirror replacement camera. Additionally, they drafted RFQ rear-view camera specifications for vehicles marketed from 2019.

In 2014, Adrien transitioned to the role of ADAS Camera System Engineer at Groupe Renault. In this position, they were accountable for various ADAS features, including mirror replacement camera, traffic sign recognition, and rear-view & surround view cameras. Adrien translated high-level specifications into system and component level technical requirements and conducted technical hearings of suppliers for camera component sourcing.

Adrien CARMONE began their education in 2005 at Jacques Decour High School in Paris, where they studied Mathematics, Physics, and Engineering Science. Adrien completed the Classe Préparatoire aux Grandes Ecoles program at this institution and graduated in 2007.

Following their studies at Jacques Decour, Adrien enrolled at Polytech Paris-Saclay and pursued a Master of Engineering Degree in Optronic Systems. Adrien attended this institution from 2007 to 2010 to further develop their skills and knowledge in this field.
