Jessica Sorsby, MSA, CASC has a strong background in healthcare administration and operations. Jessica is currently working as a Regional Director at DxTx Pain and Spine since August 2021. Jessica's career started in the United States Air Force where they served as a deployable aerospace medical technician (medic) from September 2004 to September 2010. Jessica worked in various departments including Family Practice, Labor & Delivery, and the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. During their time in the Air Force, they gained valuable experience in emergency transportation and deployed to Ramstein, Germany in 2008 and 2009 during Operation Iraqi Freedom.

Jessica Sorsby, MSA, CASC holds a Master of Administration degree in Purchasing, Procurement/Acquisitions and Contracts Management from the University of West Florida, which they obtained from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Health Services/Allied Health/Health Sciences, General at Walden University from 2009 to 2012. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the CASC (Certified Administrator Surgery Center) certification from the Board of Ambulatory Surgery Certification (BASC) in May 2022. Jessica also earned a Scrum Master certification from Scrum Inc. in September 2021.
