Fred Sandford serves as the Workplace Technology Lead at dxw since September 2022, overseeing device management, service management, endpoint security, and compliance within a digital agency. Previously, Fred held multiple roles at Wise from November 2014 to November 2021, ultimately as Head of IT responsible for workplace technology, strategic planning, team scaling, and supporting a large employee base across various services. Earlier experience includes positions at Admiral Markets Group as a Content Writer, Customer Relationship Manager, and customer support roles at Arvato and Repete Electrical Services, where Fred contributed to technical support and project management in both IT and electrical services. Education is self-directed through continuous web-based learning since 1995.
