Jayne Hilditch

Jayne Hilditch is an experienced finance professional with a diverse background in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving on the Advisory Board for A New Field, focusing on startup finance since January 2023, Jayne also holds part-time positions as Finance Director at dxw digital and Arrival Education, where responsibilities include strategic planning and financial management during periods of growth. As the owner of PureAlps, Jayne promotes recreational activities in the French Alps. Previously, Jayne has held executive roles, including Corporate Services Director at Thames Valley Housing Association and Chief Operating Officer at JGP / JobsGoPublic, where contributions included digital transformation and operational management. Academic qualifications include a BSc in Economics from the University of Warwick and A Levels from Richard Taunton College.
