Michelle Szaraz Varveris is an accomplished entrepreneur and leader in the technology sector, currently serving as the Founder and Content Creator of (Extra)ordinary Tech Stories, where the mission focuses on sharing diverse career experiences in tech. Simultaneously, Michelle holds the position of Strategy & Delivery Lead at dxw, overseeing numerous public sector digital strategy projects. As a WomenTech Ambassador, Michelle actively promotes the inclusion of women in tech. Previous volunteer roles include advising startups and students through various programs. Notably, Michelle has extensive experience in managing international development projects and advancing tech startup growth as an Innovation Delivery Manager at Digital Catapult. Michelle's academic credentials include a Master's degree in International Peace and Security from King's College London and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and European Studies from Palacký University in Olomouc.
