Product and Design

The Product and Design team at dxw is responsible for defining and designing user-centered digital services that improve public and third-sector operations. They collaborate with clients to research user needs, develop organizational strategies, and create effective, engaging digital experiences. The team includes roles such as Product Principal, Interaction Designer, and Product Coach, who collectively ensure that the end products are both functional and impactful.
