Matthew Laflin

Matthew Laflin is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience in labor and employment law. Currently serving as Associate General Counsel at Dycom Industries, Inc. since May 2017, Matthew previously held the position of Senior Counsel, Employment. Prior experience includes working as Corporate Counsel for Labor and Employment at The Coca-Cola Company from January 2011 to May 2017 and as an Associate at Littler, where Matthew represented employers in various discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour matters. Earlier in Matthew’s career, a role as Attorney at Cooley LLP involved handling document review for antitrust litigation, while serving as Hearing Examiner for the City of Los Angeles provided valuable adjudication experience. Matthew holds a J.D. from the University of California, Los Angeles - School of Law and a B.A. from Cornell University.
