Winnie Kwan

Winnie Kwan holds a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management from Florida International University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Albizu University. Kwan's professional experience encompasses various roles in human resources, with significant contributions at CSL since August 2017, including positions such as Employee Relations Manager and Sr. HR Business Consultant. Prior to CSL, Kwan served as Sr. HR Business Partner at TBC Corporation and held roles at NextEra Energy Resources and Costa Farms, focusing on recruitment and organizational development. Kwan began a career in human resources at ADP, where the position of Sr. HR Lead was held from September 2005 to July 2012. Additionally, Kwan earned a Human Resource Professional Certification from Nova Southeastern University.
