Yolande Clarke

Yolande Clarke, CPA, MBA, brings extensive experience in financial management and audit operations across various industries. Currently serving in the Revenue Recognition department at Dycom Industries, Inc. since July 2019, Yolande has enhanced the efficiency of the revenue recognition process and supported the monthly close activities. Prior roles include Advisory Manager at Focal Point Data Risk, where significant policy changes were implemented for a national client, and Interim Audit Manager, delivering timely control testing for a major wealth management client. As Audit Manager at CBIZ MHM, LLC, Yolande led important internal and external audits, while at PricewaterhouseCoopers, expertise was demonstrated through managing SOX 404 engagements for Fortune 500 clients and reviewing complex financial statements. Yolande holds an MBA in Finance & Banking from The University of the West Indies and has participated in education at Campion and The Ballet Center.
