Anthony Roberts

Anthony Roberts has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Anthony is currently the Director of Operations at Dye & Durham Australia, where they are responsible for providing legal software/data and payments technology solutions. Prior to this, they held multiple roles at Link Group, starting as a Senior Insurance Manager for AustralianSuper and eventually becoming the Head of Insurance. At Suncorp Group, they worked in various positions, including Manager of Claim Services Southern and Operations Manager Customer Support. Anthony also had a long tenure at AAMI, where they held several leadership roles such as Distribution Operations Manager and Contact Centre Manager. Roberts began their career as a Travel Consultant at Flight Centre Limited and Inta Aussie.

Anthony Roberts received a Bachelor of Management degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Federation University Australia from 1998 to 2001. Anthony also obtained a Design Thinking Foundation certification from Methodry in 2021.
