Amanda Walker

Amanda Walker is the Vice President for Institutional Advancement and Continuing Education at Dyersburg State Community College. Amanda has previous experience working as a Commissioner for the Theirtoric Zoning Commission and Common Design Review Board at the Clarksville Montgomery County Regional Planning Commission from September 2018 to May 2020. There, they provided oversight for the Downtown Urban Design Overlay District in order to enhance the quality, image, and economic vitality of Downtown Clarksville. Additionally, Amanda has worked as an Adjunct Instructor at Austin Peay State University from August 2014 to May 2020, where they were responsible for leading and facilitating discussion of personal career exploration journeys for their students, as well assessing their performance based on required assignments, projects, and discussions.
